If you are new to the area or have a child who will be entering kindergarten in the fall, this page contains all the information you will need to register your child for this coming school year.

If you are ready to register your child, please visit the school’s front office to collect the appropriate paperwork. Make sure to bring the following items with you to register your child: 

• Child’s original birth certificate

• Immunization records

• Proof of residency

St. Johns Unified School District abides by all state and federal regulations regarding immunizations. All students enrolling in the district must be up to date on shots and have a current immunization record. The state of Arizona permits exemptions from vaccinations for personal reasons with the parent’s signature or for medical reasons with the signature of a parent and physician. Be aware that we will not allow students without current vaccines to be at school if there is an outbreak of disease.

We will verify your child's immunizations at the time of registration.
