Cartwheel

St. Johns Unified School District has partnered with Cartwheel- a tele-health resource for mental health services. If you have kids you are worried about, reach out to your school's principal and they can help get your child the help they need.

We believe in supporting the mental health and well-being of students to help them reach their full potential. That’s why we’ve partnered with Cartwheel, a virtual mental health provider to give students & families access to:

🧠 A licensed therapist or psychiatrist with no waitlist, within a matter of days.

🖥️ Telehealth sessions from 8am to 8pm, whenever is most convenient.

🗣️ Care in several languages, including English, Spanish, and others.

✅ Completely free care for families who have Medicaid or are uninsured and an in-network provider for families with private insurance.

🫶 Individual therapy sessions that are available for grades 3 and up and parent guidance sessions at all grade levels that are meant to help parents with strategies for supporting their child.

Families are often the first to recognize when their child might benefit from mental health support, so we wanted to make it easy for you to access these services. If you want to learn more or sign up, visit www.cartwheel.org/families.
