*SOFTBALL UPDATE* Our softball games in Holbrook this week had to be rescheduled from Thursday 8/29 to a day earlier on Wednesday 8/28. Times and location are the same.

We were really sad to hear of the passing of Mary Romero. Mary was a longtime employee of the district, interacting and helping hundreds of students throughout her career. When Mary had to step away from work to take care of her health, we missed having her fun personality around campus. Our thoughts go out to her family at this time. She will be missed!



*Reminder* 7th and 8th Grade Football practice starts Monday 7/29 at 3:30 pm at the MS Field. Parent meeting right before practice starts. Physicals and paperwork must be turned in to the office before players can step on the field.

We are still searching for a middle school band teacher for school year 2024-2025. The position would only require around 15-20 hours a week. We would even be willing to work with someone who doesn't have a teacher certification yet but has band experience. If you know of anyone who would be interested, please invite them to apply. The parking lots at the middle school and the high school will be repaired and then resealed and restriped starting this Friday, May 31st. See below for the calendar of events. These lots will be closed each day that the paving company is onsite. Visitors to the schools will need to use the softball field lot for the high school (entrance on the North side of Mike Morgan Stadium) and the soccer/softball parking lot at the middle school.

Just a reminder that these incredible staff members volunteered to potentially take a Pie to the Face at our assembly THIS Friday. Today is the last day to purchase tickets to vote - 1 For $1 or 6 For $5.
Tickets can be purchased in the cafeteria from 11:30 - 1:15. Please check in with the office prior to stopping by.


The coverings on the middle school softball dugouts are finished! A huge thank you to Matt Frieden for doing this. This will be a welcome addition for our softball girls and those who use these dugouts.

Last night at our school board meeting, we recognized five of our teachers that will be retiring this year.

These five women have dedicated over 100 years of combined service to our district and our schools are better because of them. They have influenced so many young people throughout the years. We will miss them greatly!

Spirit Week kicks off next week, building up to our End of the Year Assembly that Friday, May 10th! Students are encouraged to participate with the opportunity to win prizes daily. Dress code to be enforced - No Face Paint or Masks.


Got Pie?! These brave staff members have volunteered for the Pie to the Face Fundraiser. From May 1st to May 8th, students will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to vote for their favorite staff member to receive a pie to the face. Those with the top 3 votes will receive their prize at our end of the year assembly May 10th! Tickets can be purchased during your students lunchtime.
