Schools are on a normal schedule this morning. All bus pickup locations within St. Johns city limits are on a normal schedule. Bus pickup locations for the Hunt and Sanders bus routes that are outside St. Johns city limits will be on a 2-hour delay.

Coming Soon to the SJMS Cafeteria! During lunchtime, Student Council will be selling Candy Grams for students to purchase to send to their friends, teachers, or Valentine! Grams will be available 02/08 + 02/09 and 02/12 + 02/13 and delivered on Valentine's Day.

The SJMS basketball games against Holbrook that were originally scheduled for Thursday the 11th, have been moved to Wednesday January 10th. 7th Grade will play at 4:00 and 8th grade will play at 5:00. Boys will be playing in Holbrook while the girls play at home. Game times are the same at both places. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!

Bus pickup locations OUTSIDE of St. Johns City limits (on the Hunt/Concho and Sanders Routes) are cancelled for the day. These cancellations include the following pickup locations. Here at SJMS we're kicking off the holiday season with Spirit Week! Please note that some of our days are different than those at the high school.

To help with supporting the High School Volleyball team at state playoffs, St. Johns Middle School has moved this weeks Volleyball and Wrestling events against Mogollon to Wednesday 11-8-23 @ 4:30 & 5:30. Both Middle School events are at SJMS. GOOD LUCK REDKSINS AT BOTH LEVELS!!!!!

Great news! The Arizona State Board of Education released school grades over the weekend, and SJMS and SJHS both received an "A" rating. Coronado Elementary does not qualify for a school grade, but their proficiency scores are calculated in SJMS' school grade. Overall student proficiency was up across the district. We are so fortunate to have the teachers, administrators, aides, and other staff members that we have who are so dedicated to seeing students succeed. We are so proud of them!
