Pending Board approval, we are thrilled to announce that Stephanie Burdick Mouritsen has accepted the high school principal position for school year 2024-2025. She has spent the past 8 years as a school administrator in Northern Utah where she worked as an assistant principal in the Davis School District before taking over as the Lead Administrator of Davis Connect Online School for grades K-12. As an administrator, Steph has overseen assessment, curriculum, evaluation, and helped build a robust online program that serves over 7000 students. Steph’s teaching experience includes high school English, Spanish, Communications, and Yearbook. Since 2006, she has also worked concurrently for Weber State University as an adjunct instructor. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership. The testing session for freshmen on April 4th requires us to keep students during their lunch period. Therefore, we are needing to know IF your FRESHMEN student will either bring their own sack lunch from home OR will need a school provided lunch on April 4th. If a student chooses to bring their own sack lunch, a school lunch will not be provided. Please take the time to fill out this survey so we can better prepare for lunches on testing day. Thank you! https://forms.gle/sCcwjorAC3MJhtXaA

Regarding the Promenade: Family and Friends will be able to enter the auditorium side doors beginning at 8pm. Please do not go on the stage, please keep a close eye on any children. Students/Attendees of the prom will need to enter through the Fine Arts hallway beginning at 8pm. The promenade will start once we get a good amount through dress code and ticketing. So likely closer to 815. The junior class has worked very hard on this. Looking forward to it being a successful evening. Redskin Culture #OwnIt
