Dear Parents/Guardians,
Picture retake day is on September 30th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the high school library.
All students need to have their picture taken—even if you're not planning to buy school photos—because the pictures are used to make student ID or activity cards. There is no cost for just taking the picture.
If your child missed registration in July or is a new student since July 30, please make sure they get their picture taken so they can receive their ID card.
If you'd like to order school pictures, you can do so online at www.mymjthomas.com
using the event code: AZ285.
Thank you!

In Financial Literacy students practiced writing checks and keeping a checkbook register.

Freshmen are already up and reading their own descriptive paragraphs to each other! We love seeing their confidence grow in only a couple of weeks.

In Financial Literacy, students used beans to create a budget. When their budget was cut by 1/3, they had to figure out where to make budget cuts. This activity gave them insight into their values. Parents, just a caution, several said they would do laundry for free at their parents'.
