This week is National FFA Week and we get to honor and celebrate Mrs. Regina Hitchcock for ALL she does for SJHS FFA! This is the 3rd year of having an FFA program in our school and Mrs. Hitchcock has taken this program to extreme heights with nothing stopping her! FCCLA will be hosting a Sweethearts pasta dinner for 2, $20, tomorrow night (Thursday, February 13) from 6-8 p.m. at the high school library. Reservations should be made at rhitchcock@staff.sjusd.net and walk-ins will be severely limited.
Attention SJHS Staff and Parents/Guardians: This morning, between 2nd and 3rd hour, an unauthorized visitor was identified on the school campus by our administration. The individual was immediately escorted from campus and reported to the school safety officer, who took care of the situation off campus. We are grateful for the quick work of school personnel and SJPD in keeping students and staff safe.
Boys Wrestling will head to Winslow on Saturday, February 15th for the Regional Tournament.
Our boys varsity basketball team will play in a State Play-In game on Friday Feb. 14th at 7pm. against Scottsdale Christian.
