During their Geometry benchmark, several students demonstrated resourcefulness by using tracing paper with their chromebooks. They successfully took digital testing into the physical world.

Quarter 3 Attendance Reward - No Tardy Pizza Party
The winning Freshmen class enjoyed their reward for good attendance today. They finished all the pizza and enjoyed a movie and some games while they ate.

They dazzled the judges and came home with a fantastic "Superior" rating, the highest honor possible! So proud of these talented singers for their hard work and dedication! Each month, usually on the first Friday, we have a faculty potluck luncheon, hosted by a different department each time.
Our March faculty meeting, due to end of term and spring break, was bumped up to today, the last Friday in February.
This month, the Fine Arts and Physical Education departments combined to host a blend of the visual, performing, and physical arts!
Potluck items were to take on an artistic style and decor included art work from the SJHS art classes, as well as sports-themed items.
The choir serenaded the faculty and staff as they ate, showing off their numbers that recently earned them a Superior rating at the NPC choir festival.

SJHS will have an adjusted bell schedule this Thursday, February 26, to allow our students and faculty to join a "watch party" assembly in the auditorium and cheer on our girls' basketball team at the State semifinal game at 1:00PM. Please note the change of time for lunch (start and length).
