Go get 'em at State SJHS Track & Field!

Each year on the Friday of Teacher Appreciation week, the student council members pick up the high school teachers cars, give them a good wash and park them back in their spot. It's a small way that they can say thank you for all the many things that teachers do.

Dear St. Johns High School Community, Today, we mourn the loss of Savannah Luera, a talented and thoughtful 12th grade student who tragically passed away in a car accident on May 3, 2025. Rather than focus on the heartbreak of this loss, we choose to celebrate Savannah's life. Savannah was excited for graduation and ready to step into the next chapter of her life, filled with dreams and possibilities. To her family: Our hearts are with you during this difficult time. Please find comfort in knowing that she was cherished by her teachers and friends at SJHS, and that her memory will forever live on in the lives she touched. Last Friday was School Lunch Hero Day; however, we don't serve school meals on Fridays at St. Johns High School., so we wanted to give our nutrition service workers a HUGE shout-out and thank you TODAY for all they do for our students and staff who eat breakfast and/or lunch on our campus! They have been absolutely amazing to work with this year, adjusting lunches to fit around altered bell schedules, like assemblies, and most of all state testing! They provided (and delivered) lunch boxes for many of our students during testing that were both nutritious and delicious!
