Buses for Thursday, Dec. 19th will be on the high school campus by 11:50 and will leave at 12pm. Kids needing lunch will be able to grab a sack lunch before buses leave.

Yesterday, our festive faculty and staff decided to scarf up some extra holiday spirit, reminding our students to stay warm and wise!


Boys baseball meeting for everyone interest in baseball will be THIS Wed. Dec. 28th during lunch in the library. Lunch will be provided.


Our girls varsity basketball team are the Round Ball Tournament Champions. Payton Nielsen and Eva Andrus got All-tournament team and Payton received the MVP award. Our team went undefeated through the entire tournament!




This past weekend our wrestling boys competed in the WITT DUALS in Show Low. They did incredible and represented our school so well.

IF you are a SJHS student (sophomore or above) and your date is also a SJHS student (sophomore or above) and you didn’t buy WinFo tickets by the deadline….You may purchase tickets at the door. $20 PER PERSON CASH (exact change). No couple discount. No new guest passes. Must clearly be within the dress code. Bring your ID.

A huge shoutout to Ms. Cluff, Mr. Lambson, Mrs. Price, and everyone else who helped with the band and orchestra concerts the last two nights. It has been so fun to watch our students perform!

Reminder that WinFo tickets must be purchased by noon TODAY. None will be sold at the door. Any guest passes must also be turned in for administrative approval bt the same deadline. Students will need their student ID to get into the dance, approved guests will need a picture ID of some sort. WinFo and Prom are for sophomores and up.



The SJMS and SJHS Choir Concert last night was fantastic! The last music number, "Light a Candle," was beautiful. We are very grateful for Mrs. Flake, Mrs. Flygare, Mrs. King, and everyone else who made this production possible.

Class of 2025, this is for you! The FAFSA website opens nationwide on December 1st so come in to the career center on December 5th @ 6:00pm to start working on your financial aid!

The first HOME WRESTLING meet will be tomorrow, Dec. 4th. Wrestling starts at 3pm. Come support our boys as they kick off their season.


Spirit Week was off to a sleepy start with pajama day! These jolly teachers in the southwest hall wore matching holiday shirts to go with their PJ pants!
Tomorrow, Tuesday is Winter Wonderland day, so wear white and come support our basketball teams at their first home game!


Basketball has their 1st home games of the season on Tuesday, Dec. 3rd, starting at 4:30 pm. Come support our athletes as they play the Holbrook Roadrunners.
