Hello SJ Community,
I often worry at our home football games with how many young children are unattended behind the school. We feel very strongly about protecting our students and our young people. Please be aware of where your children are and don't allow them to go on to the softball fields or beyond behind the high school during games.
Sincerely,
Steven Palmer
SJHS Principal
Homecoming Week is coming! Here is a rundown of events for Friday, October 6th to celebrate the classes of 1974 and 1999. Spread the word!

Pima vs. St. Johns VARSITY football game has been moved to SATURDAY September 16th at 6pm.
Bring your girls to cheer camp!!

We were disappointed in the wording used in this article in relationship to Coach Thomas. Given that our administration was unaware that this article was being written and that we were never reached out to for comment, we wanted to offer a rebuttal.
Coach Thomas never quit on our team.
Instead, he willingly stepped up when we were in need of an interim coach at the beginning of the season. He then was a critical piece in finding a long-term coach for our football team and then willingly handed the program over to Coach Dimbatt. In every way, he should be praised for what he did for our boys. Our football program would not be where it is today without Coach Thomas’ willingness, humility, and desire to see the program succeed.
Thank you Coach Thomas!
