We are thrilled to share that St. Johns Middle School earned an “A” grade for 2025. While Coronado Elementary School does not qualify to receive a grade, their scores feed into SJMS’ rating. Our students excelled in proficiency, while also earning the highest growth percentage and overall point total in the last several years. We are so proud of our students and staff, and we appreciate the great support that our parents and community provide.

*Students who were absent on picture day

Important: If your child wants a retake, they must bring back their original photo package to receive a replacement.

REMINDER: TODAY, October 16th AND TOMORROW, October 17th are early release days due to parent-teacher conferences. Pre-k & kindergarten are released at 11:00 AM. 1st-3rd grades are released at 12:15 PM.

The PTSO (Parent Teacher Student Organization) is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive. It is a friendly competition between the High School, Middle School, and Coronado. The school that collects the most non-perishable food items will get to select the movie played on November 15th at the Family Movie Night/ Holiday Market. All donated items to Coronado, need to be turned in by November 12th. Please do not donate any expired foods. All collected food will be donated to our local community food bank.

The St. Johns PTSO is hosting a Holiday Market and free family movie event at St. Johns Middle School on November 15th from 1-4 pm. We are seeking vendors for this event. If you would like to be a vendor, please fill out the form at the link below.

This is a great opportunity for our Elementary Students to see how beautiful music is made and it could encourage them to want to participate in orchestra when they get into Middle School and High School!

Tonight is the night!!! The sixth annual Reading Under the Stars at Coronado Elementary will take place Monday, September 15th, 6pm-7pm. Dress warm and bring blankets!!! All children must be supervised by an adult.
