As school districts around the state continue to deal with high chronic absenteeism among their students as reported on wmicentral today, we feel fortunate to be one of the few where chronic absenteeism levels for 2024 were at pre-pandemic levels and far below state average. SJUSD had the best rates anywhere in the region! This is a huge compliment to our parents and students who continue to make being in class a priority. Thank you!

Thank you Coronado Families! Our Cereal Drive was a huge success!!! We collected 142 boxes of cereal that will be donated to two great local organizations that help families in need, after a fun school wide activity that we will do on Friday!!!
We are just over half way to our goal! Help us celebrate the 100th day of school by donating unopened new boxes of cereal. So far we have 56 boxes! Only 44 more to go! Deadline is Wednesday June 22nd! Cereal will be donated to help local families in need.
